So many clothes!

We are pretty blessed to have some wonderful friends that have children and are happy to give us baby items they no longer need.

For those of you that have kids - you know that when they are young, there are certain things that they only use once - or for a few weeks before they grow out of them or no longer need them. Clothes are one of these items that I am finding fit into this category.

Our friends, Marysol and Jordy have two children, Lucas and Sofia - Lucas is 4 and Sofia is about 6 months old (time goes too fast, it seems like she was just born) - Marysol has been sending stuff home with Mike to give to me since they found out we were pregnant. Mostly maternity clothes at first - which I am super appreciative for - other than she is a smaller person so there were only a few things I could wear...but still so thankful for the thought!

A few weeks ago, she sent home a HUGE bag of baby clothes and Mike and I went through them this morning. Most of the stuff doesn't even look worn and we just tripled Miss Delainey's wardrobe in one day. Not that this little diva needed clothes - but we will take them!

I was never really sure how I would feel about taking hand me downs - after all, I want my daughter to have anything and everything - but the more I have thought about it and the further along we have gotten into this whole experience - I am happy to take them! Like I said, most of this stuff doesn't even look worn.

Miss Sofia always looks super stylish and now she gets to share that style with Miss Delainey! What a cool idea - and something we will happily do with any and all of Miss D's clothes when she no longer fits in them.
